Power-points start from letter 11, once students have explored the first few and have a sense of context - there is a separate resource included for introducing the text. Each power-point deals with every letter individually - focusing in on key aspects of the text and providing a range of student-centered activities that develop the skills required at A-Level. This unit includes high level language analysis with apt terminology - and the SOW is designed so that the text can be taught as a stand alone text and/or as a comparative text - literary heritage and contexts feature throughout. The questions and activities encourage debate and high level thinking skills to encourage and facilitate independent study.

I’ve popped some useful detailed summaries / quotation collections in with this to help your students with their revision of the text too.

If you have any questions please message me. I hope that you find this a useful and time-saving resource to support your teaching.
