This 5E model HyperDoc covers the content for the Year 8 AQA Activate 2: 10.3.2 Charles Darwin lesson.
In this activity students work through the HyperDoc to complete a variety of independently paced tasks to develop their understanding of peer review.
This resource includes:
Engage- resources and Joke of the day task (Google Sheets) to engage students at the beginning of a lesson.
Explore- Students carry out an element of practical work to apply their knowledge.
Explain- resources (including lesson presentation) explaining the lesson objectives and developing pupils understanding.
Apply- Students complete the apply task to apply their knowledge.
Extend- Resources and task for students to extend their learning.
Important: Students must have access to PC with internet to use this document
This resource works best as a Google Doc. with Google Classroom- upload to your Google Drive, right click and select make a copy (this will convert back into Google Doc. format and enable Google Draw and other Google features).
This document can also be used with Microsoft Teams, SMHW or sent to students via email, but please note some features (Joke of the day task, Google Draw, flippity.net) will not be available.
