A revision lesson to go over Christianity in the community, focusing on:

  • the different ways the Church contributes to the local community, including food banks and street pastors
  • the place of mission and evangelism in the Church
  • where and how Christianity is spreading worldwide and the strategies used to encourage Church growth
  • the importance of the worldwide Church in working for reconciliation
  • the persecution of Christians and how churches respond to it
  • the Church’s response to world poverty, and the motivation and work of CAFOD, Tearfund and Christian Aid
