We looked at the work of Eadweard Muybridge; using Lomo cameras (see www.lomography.com ) The lomos are good because they have 4 lenses to capture movement. Lomos capture movement like the work of Muybridge. We used digital copies of our photographs and manipulated. We made studies from the photographs capturing movement; ref: futurist Umberto Boccioni. We finished by studying Juming and his Tai Chi series www.juming.org.tw/juming-en/index2_en.html We had a tai chi session and drew poses; made 3D card tai chi sculptures which were covered in modroc & painted stone color.
