This lesson explores some of key physical and human features of geography between England and Brazil. The lesson could be completed independently by students using the slides, or taught to pupils as part of a wider discussion.

Pupils can use the additional sheet to note down similarities and differences.

This lesson is planned under the KS2 Geography Strands:

Understand geographical similarities and differences through the study of human and physical geography of a region in South America + Describe and understand key aspects of physical geography, including: climate zones, biomes (tropical rainforest).

The lesson could be used stand alone, or part of the large sequence of Lesson one (countries in South America) and my other Trade Links Lesson on my resource page.
