All tasks are differentiated by input as challenges 1-3 which students can self-select or be directed to. Extension tasks are also included on the slides. Answers to worksheets and exam questions included.

Practical needed: CC8a.2 Testing solutions - students test a range of household solutions including food and drink with different indicators noting down the colour changes.

Worksheets needed: CC8a.3 Acids and alkalis strengthen(you may not need this activity depending on the length of your lesson).

Written in conjunction with Pearsons Edexcel Combined Science text book (although the content can be used with any exam board).
