Brighten up lessons in the run up to Christmas with this fun little festive challenge.
Everyone in my house gets sprouts on their Christmas dinner whether they like it or not. In the house, there is me, my husband and our daughter.
Students are given a total number of sprouts and a ratio. This ratio tells students how the sprouts are shared out between us. Their task is to work out exactly how many sprouts we get each on our respective plates.
This is a PowerPoint presentation so it can be easily displayed on the board and/or printed out for students.
