Glitter Jars is one of several videos I have created to support students at home: as they take on the challenges of distance learning, they will need help to keep anxiety levels down. My videos are simple and effective Mindfulness tasks for everyone: involving focus; observation; thinking about thoughts; using senses and breathing.
