Schools could organise projects so that every subject is covered at least once during a student’s stay in the school. Enriching both the student and the teachers.

Ideas are listed as basic, intermediate and advanced. In primary schools suggestions in the basic area and for more able students in the intermediate area are suggested. Secondary schools younger students or those with learning difficulties may benefit from basic and intermediate suggestions. Advanced project ideas can be used with older or more able students.

In addition, the ideas can be used for enrichment and extension activities. Students who have been given opportunities to study topics of particular interest to them have on occasions gone on to do a PhD in those areas.

Teachers using these resources may be interested in the series of careers linked to specific subjects.
