Writing and Speaking Assessments based on our SoW which follows Expo 1 chapters.
All assessments are in line with new GCSE requirements, and Foundation GCSE markschemes are included for each assessment, as well as teacher elements of role play/ photo card/ general conversation for speaking assessment.
I'd highly recommend moderation of results within departments to decide on appropriate interpretation of GCSE markschemes at KS3.
The first half term of each term sees students sitting speaking assessment, and the second sees them sitting writing assessment.
