Foundation Subject Assessments - Year 4

Effective assessment pack for all of the foundation subjects for year 4. Includes assessments for: Art, Computing, DT, Geography, History, PE, RE, Music, MFL, Science topics and working scientifically.
Assessments match all National Curriculum objectives. knowledge and skills broken into categories across the three terms. Each term teachers assess their children against the statements to identify if they are working towards, working at or working at greater depth.

Extra data can be included such as: male, female, PPG, SEN etc.
