This lesson introduces the concept of employability skills and helps learners to consider their own skills development. It is one of 50 interactive topics in the My Career Development programme for career and work-related learning from Knowledge andSkills* The entire programme is mapped to the (ACEG) 2012 framework for career and work related learning at KS4 and complies with Ofsted recommendations for good lesson planning. Each topic includes instructions, a whiteboard-friendly slide show to structure your lesson and worksheets. Learning goals and reflective questions are included at two levels (increasing in complexity from green to amber) to allow for differentiation.
