The Royal Mint have brought out a new collection of 10p coins based on the alphabet all of the designs are quintessentially British.
In this task students can identify all the designs. There is also an extension task to design their own alphabet of the own based on 3 possible things.
The resource has 3 pages - the task (shown in the example), a blank design sheet and the answers sheet. It comes in PDF or Publisher format.
It’s a great way to instill British values and can develop their designing skills.
