The Historical Reenactment Society visits schools and organisations to bring history to life. Days packed with: weapon displays, dress a soldier, battle talks, barber surgeons, the Middle Ages, Tudor and Stuart eras including the English Civil War and the Monmouth Rebellion and finally the First World War. Visits will include fully kitted and equipped reenactors with a variety of hands-on and interactive activities for the children. We offer lesson plans and follow up work after the visit. Not only can be immerse children in bygone events and eras but we can also offer workshops for parents and staff. So from an Agincourt archer to a WW1 Tommy, we can offer a whole range of memorable days. Based in the Southwest we can be found at www.thehrs.co.uk
