Spelling Revision!
- At the end of each month, I get the whole class (or group of children) to look through their English/Literacy books. They identify a few spellings they got wrong (from my marking) and record them on the sheet provided.
- You have the choice of asking the children to record 10 spellings they got wrong or 15 ( I’ve attached both).
- The sheet is then sent home and the children are asked to work with an adult to learn them. I also give them a SPELLING BOOK so they have something to practise their spellings in.
- Once the children have mastered the spellings, a parent has to sign at the bottom. I (or my TA) then tests the children.
- Fully editable.
