Islamophobia and the Christchurch attack

This lesson aims to use the Christchurch attacks as a springboard to tackle Islamophobia, particularly in the UK. With students based group activities, creative tasks, youtube videos, graphs, historical and statistical information, it aims to break down stereotypes and myths in the media to help us remember that there is so much more we have in common than that seperates us. I’m proud of this lesson, and feel it’s too important to charge for. I hope it’s of use in helping you create a culture of respect in your school and our society.
