Matilda by Roald Dahl Comprehension KS2

One of Roald Dahl’s most famous novels. The extract I have select is full of descriptive language (Miss Honey and Miss Trunchbull) ideal for narrative writing and character description; and has been downloaded 61,572 times and is a recommended resources by the TES resource team. Ideal for an English lesson, whole class reading/guided reading, homework, tuition or intervention. The comprehension questions focus on assessment domains 2B (retrieval questions), 2D (inferential questions) and 2G (analysis of words and phrases).
