This unit consists of 3 recipes and a booklet with corresponding questions. Each recipe can be used as a base for a 1.0-1.5 hour(s) domestic cookery lesson for MA to LA students.
The Nutrition and Performance booklet is based on a unit and guided learning hours are 4-6 hours. This booklet can be used on its own or in conjunction with the domestic cookery sessions.
The workbook is designed for students to link budget and nutrition to practical dishes. The unit is useful to recap how and why a dish is nutritious and cost effective.
