This PowerPoint lesson takes the class through the entire scene - Act 5 scene 3 - (so maybe this will take a couple of lessons). Language points are focused on as are the dramatic tension, the tragic plot, the pairing of love and death, and the realisation of the prologue’s intentions. The lesson(s) close with an examination-style question (one each for AQA and Edexcel) to encourage close analysis of the scene developing to a consideration of the wider play.
