Scattergories in French

Set of 52 categories; print on cardstock and cut into cards. To play, read the category to the group (works best in groups of 3-5. Set timer to 30 seconds. Students work individually and write down as many words as possible that fit the category in the time allowed. Students in the group take turns reading their words. If anyone else in the group has that same word, then ALL players cross the word off. 1 point is earned for each unique word. Game encourages students to think of the less common vocabulary words associated with each category.
