Songs For Assembly - 12 songs

All the songs are Christian based with several of them covering specific Bible stories. They range from the very simple “The Lost Sheep” to the quite thought-provoking and challenging “Help Us Find Your Way” and an alternative “Lord’s Prayer”. Homelessness, famine and forgiveness are dealt with and songs for Harvest and Mother’s Day are also included. This pack covers the whole primary school range.

“The Lord’s Prayer” is freely available on TES and is in my shop.

This set of ten songs consists of:

• 24 mp3 files, with both vocal and piano backing tracks
• a PDF of the music and lyrics with helpful teacher’s notes
• an illustrated PowerPoint of each song for use with digital projectors and whiteboards. The audio tracks, vocal and instrumental, are embedded in the PowerPoint - you just have to click on the relevant icon to select vocal or piano only. An additional PowerPoint is included with stave notation.
• a separate Word document containing the lyrics.

No licence is required for performing any of my material, and the music and lyrics may be copied freely for use within or by your school.
