Double Sided Worksheet:
This worksheet can be used to teach a lesson on any of the following cardiovascular endurance/continuous training/calories/healthy balanced lifestyle.

Side 1 of the worksheet contains a description of healthy active lifestyles and a worksheet for students to fill in how many calories they have burnt at each station. This lesson is best used in a gym or fitness zone (eg. Treadmill, Bike, Rowing machine, weights, skipping etc) but could be adapted to circuits. At the bottom of the sheet is a section where pupils self assess how they have done with a WWW and an EBI.

Side 2 contains photos of chocolate bars with their calories, pupils select a chocolate bar - the higher ability students can be encouraged to choose chocolate bars with more calories. For the most able the Mars Caramel will be a challenge!
