This is a scheme of work for A Level English Literature on The History Boys. The focus is on analysing the play (AO2) and using different interpretations (AO5). It could be easily adapted for GCSE students. The powerpoints have page numbers from the Faber edition, so the questions are easy for the students to follow. 7 detailed powerpoints are provided and they have worked very well with students of all abilities.
