TOP GRADE ESSAY PHRASES- KS5 - EASY TO USE

If you’re not sure how where to start to help your KS5 MFL students to write powerful essays, this resource is for you.

How do I know this doc will boost your students’ grades for their PAPER 2?
Because I scanned AQA and Edexcel best examplar’s works, I took out the best expressions of the top grade papers and organised them according the essay structure recommended by most exam boards.

TASK ONE: translate the phrases from English to French + make revision cards out of each expression.
TASK TWO: Re-write each phrase and add a critical thought about the work you are currently studying.

YOU CAN ALSO USE THESE PHRASES FOR SPANISH AND GERMAN. (correction in French only, though).

2 pages worth of phrases (perfect quantity to maximise their use, without being overwhelmed).

I personally use it with my Yr12 and Yr13 students, and both higher and weaker students benefit from it.
