Using all available documents produced by the DFE, this support document has been created to incorporate all relevant documents to support schools in teaching the new Spelling Curriculum for each Year group for the 2014 National curriculum.
This document goes from Phase 1 (Letters and Sounds) up to Phase 10 in Year 6. Statutory and Non-statutory guidance is included.
References are made to Letters and Sounds, Support for Spelling and Grammar for Writing; indicating locations and relevant activities and cross references for each Year group to the relevant resource.
