Year 6/KS3 Justifying opinions using evidence - Guided Read lesson OJ Simpson Case

Including edited extracts from both opening and closing statements in the OJ trial. Children will need to know the gravity of the trial and its significance of it at the time. Evidence that has been presented in court can be discussed. Very engaging lesson (can easily be stretched over a week) and can build to a class debate on whether they believe he was guilty or not.
