Year 7 Sweet Treats Drawing SOW

This is a 14 week SOW bundle with a powerpoint for each lesson ( 55 minute lesson). Within each lesson there is a starter ( first five), resources, instructions or step by step with examples images by teacher/students. There are lesson objective/intentions with grade criteria for each. Within powerpoints images have been hyperlinked with videos ( this is detailed in the notes section)

Within several lessons there are opportunities for peer and self-assessment often with resources to print and students to fill out.

This work is based on the theme Sweet Treats, exploring all formal elements, observational drawing, mark making, gridding an image, adding tone, colour theory, using watercolour to achieve tone, pencil crayon layering and detail along with the use of Art terms to describe work through exploring the work of Sarah Graham.
