This unit explores Homelessness and society through practical drama. Each lesson explores a different perspective with lots of opportunities for research tasks which could be done as independent learning tasks.
The unit concludes with a whole class ensemble performance which incorporates group and leadership skills and can be performed to a year 7 class. The nature of this unit really encourages the students to empathise with those in a vulnerable situation and allows them to explore and develop their own understanding and perspectives.
