Coming soon to Tes Staff Management in June
When your teacher recruitment and teacher retention tools are disconnected
Teacher recruitment is a teacher retention problem. The more teachers who leave your school, or worse, leave the profession, the more time you have to spend recruiting new team members.
The more you recruit, the bigger risks you have to your:
- Student outcomes
- Teacher wellbeing
- Brand reputation
- Bottom line
The more you have to hire, the higher the chance your PE teacher teaches Maths, your Maths teacher teaches English and your English teacher teaches Chemistry.
Uniting your teacher recruitment and teacher retention tools
