Terms and Conditions

  •  School Leaders: International Market Research survey prize draw is organised by Hibernia College UK ltd. (trading as Tes Institute a subsidiary of Tes Global Ltd), 26 Red Lion Square, London, WC1R 4HQ. Tes Institute is the Promoter
  • The survey prize draw is open to individuals who have completed and submitted the Tes Institute School Leaders: International Market Research survey between 8th February and 17th March 2019 
  • Individuals must complete the survey in full and provide a valid email address as part of the survey to be entered into the prize draw
  • The prize draw will close at 11.59pm on 17th March 2019 – the winners will be selected at random on 18th March 2019
  • Tes Institute will randomly select five winners from the prize draw after the close date
  • The winner will be notified via email following the prize draw. Please ensure the email address you provide as part of the survey is correct. Failure to provide a valid email address will result in disqualification
  • To claim the prize, £250 Amazon voucher and three complimentary Tes Institute online CPD courses worth up to £80 each (choose from Lessons in Behaviour Management, Growth Mindset or  Outstanding Teaching), the winners may be required to supply Tes Institute with their full postal address via email. Failure to do so will result in the winner being disqualified and a new winner being drawn from the remaining entries
  • Tes Institute will post or email the prize directly to the winner within two weeks of the prize draw
  • In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the competition, the decision of Tes Institute shall be final
  • By entering the prize draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete
  • Tes Institute reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants
  • The promotion is not open to employees of Tes Institute or their families or associated agents
  • The prize draw is £250 worth of Amazon vouchers and three complimentary Tes Institute online CPD courses per winner. Amazon vouchers may be received in a number of different denominations but the total value of the prize will be at least £250
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice and such changes shall be deemed notified to you by their publication online
