Reception Class Teacher

We are looking for a talented teacher to join our growing school. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated person to build on the school’s success and work in partnership with the new Head teacher, Leadership team and Governors to realise our ambition and strategic direction of the school. We have recently moved into a brand new purpose built school extension in preparation for expansion to three form entry.

The successful candidate will:

• Undertake such duties as the Headteacher may reasonably determine, in accordance with the School Teachers Pay and Conditions of Service document in force at the time.
• Be able to take up the position for a January start.
• Be imaginative and enthusiastic with the ability to inspire others.
• Be self-motivated and a team player.
• Show principles and practices of effective teaching and learning.
• Be ambitious for children’s learning and achievement.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Like children.
• Be a hard worker.
• Smile a lot.
• Have a well thought through philosophy around EYFS 
• Show principles and practices of monitoring/assessment/evaluation.
