Broadland High Ormiston Academy focuses on guiding all students throughout their years in secondary school and wants them to succeed as confident, independent and resilient young adults, ready for the challenges and opportunities in the 21st century. The Norfolk school wants to provide pupils with an outstanding education so that they have the skills and knowledge to achieve their full potential in a safe, happy and inclusive learning community. Students are nurtured as active citizens who can go on to contribute positively to the community. It is important to the school that a solid partnership between staff and parents is formed so that children feel encouraged and supported during their home life as well as in class. A wide range of extra-curricular activities are offered to students to help them unleash their skills and talents and gain further enjoyment from their school life. Broadland High Ormiston Academy has the Artsmark award and Healthy Schools status. It has specialist status for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and mathematics.
