Elmhurst School

Elmhurst is the oldest primary school in Croydon having been established in 1869.

Our aim is to inspire a genuine enthusiasm for learning, to develop children who believe in themselves, who are well-prepared academically and socially, for the next stage in their education and well-equipped with life skills for their future success. In addition we would be happy to welcome you to come and visit us in session, as we believe it is our students themselves, who convey the school’s ethos more than any printed words ever will.
