Students are equipped with the skills to play an active and successful part in society. Its core values are respect, determination and kindness, and the school motto is "Together We Achieve".
Ernesford Grange Community Academy believes it has developed a well-earned reputation for being a caring school and it is proud of the important role it plays in the wider community.
“The recently appointed headteacher and senior leadership team have accurately identified the school’s weaknesses. The most able pupils make progress in line with their peers nationally. Leaders’ work to safeguard pupils is effective. The school’s sixth form is good. Effective leadership and strong teaching lead to good progress.”
