Values and vision
"Floreat" means "to flourish". The school believes education must be about character development as well as academic knowledge. It has an educational approach focused on core skills, character and knowledge learning.
The school makes use of the Floreat Character Programme for virtuous development. Based on the classical ideal of education, the scheme uses children’s stories to explore character virtues, while creating opportunities to practise virtuous behaviour in school and breaking down the modelling of virtuous behaviour.
