About International School of Zug and Luzern

The International School of Zug and Luzern (ISZL) is an independent, mixed, non-denominational, not-for-profit, international school, situated in Central Switzerland. The school has over 1,200 students on its roll from over 50 different nationalities, aged 3 to 18 years, across two campuses. Students attend from Early Years to Grade 12.

As an IB World School, The International School of Zug and Luzern (ISZL) offers the IB Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes. Students in Grades 11 and 12 have the option of taking Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Prospective students are assessed on their previous school academic record and their potential for growth at the school.

The International School of Zug and Luzern (ISZL) was founded in 2008 following the merger of the International School of Zug, The Riverside School (which was founded in 1990 as a university preparatory high school) and the International School of Luzern.
