Values and vision

Radlett Prep ensures that all children, parents and staff contribute positively to school life and are valued members of the school community. Pupils attend a caring and encouraging school where outstanding achievement is expected and celebrated along with successes of all kinds. Radlett believes that each student can act as an ambassador for the school, and that each and every one has the ability to be a shining example of excellence.

Charitable giving is encouraged at Radlett, teaching students the importance of compassion and caring for this in need. One main charity is chosen each term, including the Royal British Legion, the Red Cross, and Guide Dogs for the Blind.
