About Tsinglan School
Tsinglan School is an international school funded by Huawei Investment & Holding Co. and operated by the Tsinghua University High School.
In 2017-2019, Tsinglan School's transitional campus is located within Huawei Southern Apartment, covering an area of 37,000 square meters, and with a construction area of 13,000 square meters.
In the autumn of 2019, the school will be relocated to its new campus in the Songshan Lake Science and Technology Park. See the picture below.
Curriculum at Tsinglan School is built upon the Tsinghua High School International Curriculum, which integrates Chinese and Western education philosophies, blends the best domestic and international educational practices, and delivers a unique international education with Chinese heritage and Tsinghua characteristics.
Tsinglan School enrols students from Pre-K to 12th Grade. We offer 5 divisions. The first is Pre-K for mixed aged 3-5 year olds. The second is Kindergarten for 5-6 year olds. The third is Lower School for Grades 1-5. The fourth is Middle School for Grades 6-8. The fifth is Upper School for Grades 9-12. The Kindergarten and Lower School use immersive bilingual teaching methods. The Middle School will gradually transition to English-only teaching environment. In 2018-2019 academic year, Tsinglan School offers 2 Pre-K classes, 2 K classes, 9 Lower School classes, and 5 Middle School classes.
