The Baby Room at the Butcombe Nursery and Pre-School is a home from home for our youngest children and is an excellent environment for development, exploration and learning. We are looking for a Room Lead to provide and supervise the delivery of exceptional care to our pupils, aged 3 months to 2 years. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and will be caring, compassionate and enthusiastic. You will have the confidence to use your own initiative You will be working in a supportive team with a variety of development opportunities, benefits and lesson planning time. This is a full time (42.5 hours per week), all year round, permanent role and the rate of pay is £20,500 per annum for those with a Level 3 qualification and £23,500 per annum for those with a Level 6 qualification.
