ABC Teachers are working on behalf of a ‘good’ Primary School who is looking to recruit an experienced KS2 Teacher to join their ever growing team from September 2018. This role is for 2 days a week to help support their year 6 teachers and help raise attainment. The set days for this role is ideally a Monday and a Tuesday; however they are happy to negotiate depending on the candidate. You will be in charge or running interventions in the mornings and working 1.1 in the afternoons with low ability pupils. 

With this being an intervention role, it means that planning is not expected, however an input on data and assessments is needed. Also, marking to a high standard is essential and maintaining a great relationship with pupils and staff is a priority. The school is looking for someone that can get involved in the schools ethos and go over and above to achieve high standards.

Expectations for the role:-

· Qualified teacher status- NQTs allowed to apply

· Be able to provide two educational references

· Year 6 specialist

· Willing to commit to the entirety of the role

· Flexible and adaptable

· Up to date knowledge on the national curriculum

Located in Stourbridge, this makes it easily accessible for teachers situated in the Sandwell, Dudley and Wolverhampton. Around this school there are frequent public transport routes for those that don’t drive.
