0.6 FTE Lecturer in Early Years 

Tower Hamlets Campus

£27,630 - £42,752 per annum - full time equivalent salary (pro-rated salary dependent on qualifications and experience relevant to the role). 

Our Early Years Programme offers a wide variety of courses in Childcare to local adults and young people. The student make up is 50% adult and 50% 16-19 year olds. You will be working within a pleasant and supportive environment of dedicated and caring professionals. 

We are looking for someone with a good grasp of curriculum and accreditation issues in this field, and a passionate interest in developing and supporting new courses. You will be delivering a range of Early Years courses from Level 1 to Level 3.  

You should have first-hand practical experience in Early Years and be self-motivated, a good communicator and have the ability to manage and teach students. The successful candidate will hold a teaching qualification, Early Years degree and has a L3 Early Years practitioner award. The position requires the applicant to teach the L3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce and an Assessor's Award is also mandatory for this role.
