Victory Values & Ethos

Welcome to our outstanding OAT academy. We are tremendously proud of our students’ achievements at Victory – from the impressive GCSE and A Level results to the bespoke learning pathways available to every child. Above all, we are committed to ensuring every Victory student is ready to learn independently and enthusiastically for life. Our academy’s values are represented by the names of our four colleges: Courage, Discovery, Endeavour and Enterprise. These are 4 key traits we want our students to embrace as learners and as adults.

It matters to us that our community members take a lead role in our Academy – learning together shapes lives for the better. We value the relationships with the schools within the Costessey cluster because we understand the importance of serving the whole family, not just an individual child. We also run a range of evening classes for parents and children because we believe learning should be enjoyable and built on purposeful, meaningful relationships.

We have an incredible campus at our disposal with lots of green space, great sporting facilities, arguably the best science facilities in the county, a lecture theatre with 3D technology and a professional beauty studio. We are fortunate that our students learn in a bespoke, brand new building. We are very proud of the community we serve for many reasons. Our students are not just committed to their studies, they want to improve the life chances of others too – their charity work is highly admirable. Similarly, we are continually improving our enrichment offer as we firmly believe valuable learning also takes place outside the classroom.

In recent months, our students have had the opportunity to experiment with learning a variety of new skills and sports – and there will be more to come. If you are considering Victory for your child, either for Years 7,8,9,10 or Sixth Form, please contact us – we would be thrilled to offer you a guided tour.

The historical city of Norwich is a beautiful place to live, surrounded by the picturesque Norfolk countryside, including the famous Norfolk Broads, and a 30min drive from the North Norfolk Coast; designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  Norwich itself is a thriving, vibrant university city with a unique blend of culture, night life and shopping.  Over recent years transport links have been transformed, putting the city less than a two hour drive or train journey from London.

Join us for the voyage!
