Park View Primary Academy is a non-denominational sponsor-led co-educational primary academy with around 250 pupils, aged 3 - 11, serving the Cross Flatts Park area in Beeston, Leeds.

Park View became an academy in September 2012 when it joined Delta Academies Trust, and it works with other academies in Delta, along with the Arooj network and other schools across Leeds. It is also a designated National Support School, charged with providing additional leadership capability in other schools.

Being a Delta Academies Trust school also means that all staff have access to the highest quality of training and CPD and frequently work in collaborative clusters to share and develop new and innovative strategies.

Vision and Values

Park View Primary Academy aims to develop innovative young learners with high aspirations. Pupils are expected to follow the three basic rules, to be “Proud, Productive and Positive”. It places great emphasis on respect for others, and encourages challenge, independence, curiosity and investigative learning. Staff and pupils are expected to work as a team so that productive learning goes beyond the classroom to families and home learning.

The school also celebrates the heritage of its locality and the rich cultural diversity of its community.
