Job overview
We are looking to appoint an energetic, confident and enthusiastic individual to work as part of our SEN department.
You will be the Lead Adult for a named student, providing personalised 1:1 support in line with their EHCP supporting strategies and outcomes.
You will support, implement, monitor and evaluate individual learning programmes working under the direction of the School SENCO, class teachers and to create a working relationship with the parents.
Ash Manor School is a successful 11-16 mixed comprehensive which serves West Surrey. It was judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in its most recent inspection and is now on the journey to becoming outstanding.
