Responsible to: SENCo

We are seeking to expand our highly successful Teaching Assistant team and are looking for additional colleagues to join our College. You must be committed to supporting young people to achieve their potential and remove their barriers to learning. Our Teaching Assistant team provides outstanding support for young people and we are looking for energetic and focused people with a commitment to work with students in the College to support their academic progress and emotional well-being.

You must have a strong academic record:  The minimum essential criteria for the post is English and Maths GCSE at grade C or equivalent.
