We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and customer facing IT Technician to join our team based around Peterborough and Lincolnshire.
Working as part of a small-dedicated team within a group of our academy sites, you will be primarily dealing with 1st line IT support issues. Ensuring that IT equipment is fully functioning, assisting staff and students with IT issues across our schools in Peterborough and Lincolnshire.

Ideally you will have experience with supporting IT users however training will be provided. You will have a customer service focus and will be a team player with the ability to also work effectively on your own, often under pressure. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills are essential as you will be working within a fast paced and demanding environment.
