Hardwick Green Primary Academy have recently opened a new two-year-old provision, providing an exciting extension to our existing, successful EYFS setting.

We are looking for a caring and highly skilled teaching assistant to join our friendly team to support the development and well-being of the children in our two-year-old provision as we expand the number of places we are able to offer.

Hardwick Green is a large primary school situated on the Hardwick estate in North Stockton. We benefit from a spacious, modern building with state-of-the-art facilities including touch-screen projectors, an extensive library and an ‘Interactive Immersive Classroom’ which has to be seen to be believed! The outside grounds have a wealth of play equipment including a MUGA for PE and active play and lunch times.

Along with academic success, personal development is at the heart of our school. The school values are SMART: Success, Motivation, Ambition, Respect and Trust. Our school values are reflected in all that we do and children learn what it means to be ‘SMART’ as they progress through school.

Hardwick Green is a great place to work. Staff wellbeing isn’t a token gesture at Hardwick – taking care of each other is who we are. And, as part of the Enquire Learning Trust, we offer exceptional professional development opportunities and effective partnership working.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and energetic professional who:

  • Is qualified at Level 1 (or above)
  • Have successful experience working in an early year setting, preferably with two-year-old children
