Chipping Norton School is looking for the right person to take on the role of:

Full time/part time MPS (£22,917-£33,824) TLR2b (£4,441)    

We are seeking a committed and outstanding 2nd in department in English from September 2018. The successful candidate will join a very strong team of aspirational and experienced teachers.  He/she will be skilled at making students feel engaged and motivated, and contribute to recent successes in improving student outcomes. This ambitious and innovative department has a passion for English and believes firmly in working in an effective and collaborative way.  The team is committed to strong professional development and continuous learning.  

The successful candidate will be required to teach across all Key Stages and the post will offer an opportunity for a teacher aspiring to lead their own department to gain the skills and experience in order to make that next step.
