We require from April 2018 an enthusiastic and commited Chemistry Teacher to take responsibility for the post of 2nd in the Science department. There are currently 15 teachers and 6 technicians in the department. Approximately 25% of the KS4 cohort study GCSE triple Sciences whilst the majority study double Science. Science is very popular at A Level, there are currently 3 sets of Chemistry and Biology and 2 sets of Physics in each of Years 12 and 13.

Admission into Year 7 is offered to children of teaching staff with two or more years’ service.
