If so, we are looking for Academic Mentors to join our forward-thinking team.

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic Academic mentors who will enjoy working in a school that values and delivers excellent professional development. The successful candidate will be capable of inspiring students through their involvement with pastoral support and have a firm belief in the potential of all students.

You must be committed to providing a quality education and experience for all and will need to excel in your classroom practice.

You will have:

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills supported by relevant qualifications.
  • Confidence in dealing with a wide range of people.

This is an ideal opportunity for those thinking of a career in education, on a gap year before university or a recent graduate. Equally may suit a retired teacher interested in continuing to work with students on a more flexible timetable. We are looking for people who essentially want to work with children and young people to assist them to make the progress they need, close any gaps in knowledge or understanding and enable them to reach their full potential – we want to hear from you.
